PURCHASE OF GOODS

You can easily shop in the NATURAL MARKET online store at a time convenient for you.
For shopping in the NATURAL MARKET online store no registration required.

Choose the desired product and press the "Add to cart" button. Before that, you can choose the quantity of the desired product.

Go back to the catalog and continue shopping by continuing to select items and adding them to your cart.
If you click on the "Cart" button in the upper right corner or hover over it with the mouse, you will see your cart.

When you have collected all the items you want, press the "Buy" button in the basket. Then enter your personal and delivery data, choose a payment method, confirm the order after familiarizing yourself with the delivery rules and privacy policy.

METHODS OF PAYMENT FOR GOODS

Currently, you can pay for purchases using the following electronic payment services:

Electronic banking

After selecting the bank whose services you use, you will be directed to the bank's page. Log in in the usual way - the system will have already processed the payment for your goods. In order for the order to start, confirm and make the payment for the selected goods.

Debit and credit cards

In the NATURAL MARKET online store, you can pay for purchases with MasterCard, VISA and VISA Electron debit or credit cards issued in the countries of the European Economic Area. After choosing this payment method, enter and confirm your card details.

Bank transfer

After choosing this payment method, an invoice will be sent to the e-mail you specified within 1-2 working days, which you can pay within 3 calendar days. Please note that your order number must be specified in the payment destination field.

If payment is not received within 3 calendar days, your reserved goods are returned to the warehouse, the account is canceled. Order execution begins after payment is received.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

After receiving the payment, we will deliver the order with a courier to the address you specified within 3-7 working days.

Goods are delivered on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Every time before arrival, the courier will inform you about the delivery of the goods on the phone number you specified. If the courier does not find your home at the agreed time, he will return the goods to us. In this case, we will contact you for redelivery or refund. In the case of a refund, the transport fee will not be refunded. In case of repeated delivery of goods, an additional delivery fee is payable. If the buyer does not respond to our notification of undelivered goods within 3 working days, the refund for the goods is deferred until separate agreement and the goods are returned to our warehouse.

After receiving the package from the courier service, inspect the package for damage. If so, mark at the time of receipt or do not accept the shipment. If no data on damage to the shipment is recorded, the shipment is considered to have been delivered valid and undamaged.

Delivery fee within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania - €2.90.

We deliver goods to the Curonian Spit for an additional fee of €4.90 .

Exclusive transport conditions apply to pulp. Pressed orders over 5kg are self-collected by customers or an additional, pre-agreed transport charge applies.

During promotions, when discounts apply to all products, delivery of orders may be delayed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the first working day.

RETURNING THE GOODS

The return and exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the valid legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Please inform us about purchased goods of inappropriate quality by e-mail no later than within 2 working days from the day of delivery of the goods. by mail hello@naturalmarket.lt

In order to return or replace a defective product with another product, send a request to the specified e-mail, which must include the name of the product you want to return and the reason for which the product is being returned, be sure to submit the document of purchase of the product. By agreeing to these rules, you confirm that you are not given the right to demand the exchange or return of the purchased goods without specifying a reason. The returned item must be undamaged, without losing its merchandise appearance, in the same package as the one you received.

Goods are exchanged or returned after prior agreement with the Buyer on the process of exchanging or returning goods.

In the event of a return of a defective product, the money for the returned product will be transferred no later than within 5 working days from the day the product was returned to your bank account from which you paid for the purchases.

In case of replacement of a low-quality product, the product is exchanged in one of the NATURAL MARKET stores or returned to our warehouse within 14 working days and replaced with the same or another quality product at your request. If the value of the replaced product is higher than the value of the returned product, you pay the price difference. If the value of the replaced product is lower than the value of the returned product, we will refund you the price difference.

In all cases, the transport fee is not included in the value of the goods and is not refundable.

The product is non-returnable if its defect was caused by actions taken by the Buyer, improper use, storage of the product.

The color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the NATURAL MARKET online store may not correspond to the real size, shape and color of the goods.
